Will JUMP work with my phone case?
This depends on the case you are using. Both JUMP’s Lightning and Micro-USB version connectors are (very) slightly larger than the traditional power cables provided to you with your phone. If the cable you are using now fits into your phone with a tight fit, you may need to remove your phone case to use JUMP. Compared to the traditional Lightning cable included with an iPhone5, JUMP’s connector is: 0.4mm larger on each side for height, and 1.35mm larger on each side for width. JUMP's Micro-USB Connector is the same size as on traditional Micro-USB cables. Both the Lightning and Micro-USB versions will have the same size connector.
Can I use JUMP with my wall power-supply/car charger?
Definitely! You can use it just like any other charge/sync cable, except JUMP has a nice cable management system, and will save some power left over for when you need it most.
